The intense, focused rehab services at Zenergy are the perfect solution to reclaim your life and resume the activities that bring you joy.

Recovery following an injury is multi-faceted. One has to address not only the area of injury, but also the surrounding joints and tissues that are compensating for the injured area. At Zenergy our injury rehab services are personalized and holistic. We will address not only the injured area, but also how it affects the totality of your movements and function on a daily basis.

We provide focused one-on-one care, and with 16 years experience as a physical therapist, Lorrie has the skills and experience to help you regain your health, and reclaim your life.

The sessions are based upon your personal goals and the results of a comprehensive initial evaluation. Generally the sessions are a combination of therapeutic bodywork, and targeted exercise - emphasizing your areas of weakness as well as the overall balance of your body.

Other educational services such as breathwork, stress management, healthy eating, and nutritional recommendations are incorporated as needed to speed your recovery process.
